My husband and I “discovered” Dragon East when we bought our home nearby a few years ago. We wanted a go-to Chinese restaurant to call our own, if you will. A quick bite, a nice dinner, and preferably both.

Dragon East did not disappoint. From our first meal, to tables set with cloth napkins (as opposed to takeout-only), to randomly running into family (who would not be regular guests if the food was not up to standard), to the generous drinks – to, of course, the great food. Of note: there’s a nice bar and good choice of vegetarian food.

Dragon East is warm and welcoming. The owners walk around to make sure their guests are happy — and yes, we feel like guests.
