The Shoreline Vine is a locally owned and operated gourmet olive oil and balsamic vinegar shop located in downtown Madison, CT.
We carry over forty different varieties of the freshest olive oils and balsamic vinegars from around the world. You will find on the labels the nutritional information as well crush date and the country of origin. Our extra virgin and infused oils are delicious on their own or pair well with many flavored balsamic vinegars.
The aged balsamic vinegars come in many fantastic flavors. Our traditional style condimento is aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels.
